Fee Structure


Monthly Fees are as follows:

Infant to under six years old - $217.50/month

Drop-in - $10/day

School Age - $450/month

Drop-in School Age - $35/day


*The daily fee is only used for drop-in provided there is a spot that day.


There is a $100.00 deposit required per child, prior to entering the centre. The deposit will be returned to the parent after the account has been cleared by the parent and child care subsidy.


Fee Policy


Fees are to be paid by cheque, cash, money order or debit from your account on the first of each month, a late fee of $15.00 will incur if fees are not paid by the 8th day of each month. Overdue fees, including the amount of any applicable collection fees, will promptly be sent to a collection accounts receivable program.


If your account is overdue, by law, we are not required to give you notice to cancel your membership and or/contract for services. We can easily fill your child's spot with a paying member. When a non-sufficient funds cheque is returned to the centre, the second payment must be paid by money order or certified cheque. An NSF cheque will result in a $30.00 charge. The Board of Directors advises that it is fraudulent to knowingly write an NSF cheque.


At the end of the year, a yearly statement will be issued to you for income tax purposes and receipts given when paying with cash.

There is no reduction in fees for absences due to illnesses and vacation.


One month's written notice is required on the 1st of the month to terminate the contract with the centre. A full month's fee will be charged in lieu of notice should sufficient notice not be given.


One month’s written notice plus a discussion with Directors is required to take a leave from daycare longer than 2 weeks. Parents are still required to pay the full fee while gone if they wish to hold the spot for their return.  Directors can discount daycare rate in rare exceptions, such as if a child’s medical needs temporarily cannot be accommodated by the daycare staff.
